The company’s roots in Central Oregon run deep. Founder Brian Rice was born and raised in Bend, where his family has been part of the community since the 1920s. Growing up, Brian worked alongside his parents in real estate, learning the ins and outs of property maintenance, investing, and the importance of putting clients first. Those early lessons became the foundation of his career and continue to guide the company’s values of integrity, trust, and reliability.

For the past eight years, Westgate Property Management has supported Central Oregon property owners with dependable service and a commitment to doing what is best for each client.

Brian graduated from Bend High School and built his business on the combination of local knowledge and professional expertise. His connection to the community and his dedication to excellence give clients the assurance that their properties are in capable hands.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that makes Central Oregon so special. He spends time hiking, fishing, and being with family and friends, which keeps him closely connected to the community he serves.
