Scope of Services
Westgate Property Management provides professional property management services, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing and leasing rental properties
  • Collecting rent and security deposits
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Managing tenant relations
  • Assisting property owners with compliance and financial reporting

 

Eligibility
By using our services or signing a lease agreement, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

 

Property Listings and Availability
All rental listings are subject to availability and may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without notice.

  • While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

 

Rental Applications
Submitting a rental application does not guarantee approval.

  • Applications are evaluated based on factors such as creditworthiness, rental history, employment, and references.
  • Application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

Tenant Responsibilities
Tenants agree to:

  • Pay rent and applicable fees on time.
  • Maintain the rental property in good condition.
  • Abide by all lease terms, community rules, and local laws.
  • Promptly notify management of required repairs or unsafe conditions.

 

Property Owner Responsibilities
Property owners agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and maintain legal compliance.
  • Maintain adequate insurance coverage.
  • Authorize necessary repairs and cover related costs as outlined in the management agreement.

 

Maintenance and Repairs
We coordinate routine and emergency repairs on behalf of property owners.

  • Tenants must report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Emergency repairs will be handled as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for delays outside of our control.

 

Fees and Payments
Tenants must pay rent and fees as outlined in their lease agreement.

  • Property owners must pay management fees and any related service costs as outlined in their management contract.
  • Late fees may apply for overdue payments.

 

Limitation of Liability
Westgate Property Management is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to tenant or owner negligence.
  • Natural disasters, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Unauthorized use of our website or services by third parties.

 

Website Use
Our website and its content are for informational purposes only.

  • Unauthorized use, including scraping or duplication of content, is prohibited.
  • We may update or discontinue website features at any time.
